Owen Gun - 251008-1
If you want rare, this is it. In 25 years of chasing weapons I have never been able to put my hands on an Owen gun. Pictures in a book is about as close as I could get. This is an original C&R weapon and a documented WWII bring back. At one time the bolt was tack welded to the receiver tube by the original owner, but that was later corrected when registered during the 1968 Amnesty Act. A copy of the 4467 will be passed on to the buyer. Overall condition is fair to good, same on the bore, not much finish left. A few traces of the original "ugly" green paint. The wooden buttstock and the bakelite grips are all good condition. Weapon comes with the original magazine, 4467 copy, and a letter stating how it got back to the US during WWII. A very interesting story.
