M2 Carbine - 250111-1A very rare "M2" marked C&R carbine produced by General Motors / Inland Mfg. Division in February of 1944. Almost every carbine that has through my inventory over the last 26 years, has been either marked "M1" or marked "M1 over stamped with an M2". Original cartouches on the buttstock as you can see in the jpegs. The barrel is marked and dated, "Inland Mfg. Div., General Motors 2-44". There are a few bumps and bruises on the stock, but expected on an original weapon that is over 60 years old. Supplied with one 15 round magazine. This weapon qualifies as Curio & Relic. This weapon is on a form 4 in South Carolina with a very reputable person. I will put buyer and seller together. |
