M16 - MC981016-1A very rare " Property of U.S. Gov't " marked factory Colt M16A1 rifle. Tear drop forward assist, A-1 upper, and A-1 buttstock with trap door, which is correct for this weapon. There is a color mis-match between the upper and lower, which seems to be common for early Colt manufactured weapons. There is a light surface scratch (mar) on the left hand side of the buttstock and some finish wear on the top of the barrel, in back of the flash hider. However, the overall condition of this weapon is very good. Very few of these weapons exist in the transferable state. |
